Arbitration in the Chilean Jurisprudence

“El Arbitraje en la Jurisprudencia Chilena” (Arbitration in Chilean Jurisprudence) is a compilation of decisions by the superior courts of justice on arbitration-related matters.

This book, also available on CD, contains 120 decisions encompassing the most varied topics, like arbitration clauses, procedural remedies, public order, among others. 

The book and the CD can be purchased in person at the offices of CAM Santiago (Monjitas 392, 11th floor, Santiago) or on the Internet.

The book and CD cost CH$36,000 (VAT included) for the public at large and CH$32,000 (VAT included) for arbitrators and mediators of CAM Santiago and members of the Chilean Bar Association who have paid their dues.  The sale price abroad is US$80.  Shipping expenses must be added to these prices.

The decisions contained in this book can be purchased one by one on our website.  Each decision costs CH$3,000 (VAT included).  A decision can be downloaded immediately in PDF format after making payment.
