In order to begin an international arbitration process before CAM Santiago, we recommend using the Request for International Commercial Arbitration.
We recommend that the party against whom a request for international arbitration is filed answer the request by the Form Answer to Request for International Commercial Arbitration.

The party filing a request for international arbitration by CAM Santiago should pay US$2,500 (two thousand five hundred U.S. dollars) for the CAM Santiago administrative fee. It can be paid in the following ways:

The initial administrative fee is non-reimbursable, but it will be credited towards the final administrative fee payable according to the international arbitration fees of CAM Santiago.
