In order to begin an international arbitration process before CAM Santiago, we recommend using the Request for International Commercial Arbitration.

We recommend that the party against whom a request for international arbitration is filed answer the request by the Form Answer to Request for International Commercial Arbitration.

The request for international arbitration and request answer form must be sent to the following address, in observance of all requirements established in articles 5 and 6 of the Rules of International Commercial Arbitration:

The party filing a request for international arbitration by CAM Santiago should pay US$2,500 (two thousand five hundred U.S. dollars) for the CAM Santiago administrative fee. It can be paid in the following ways:

• by check in the name of Camara de Comercio de Santiago A.G.
• by wire transfer to the bank account indicated below:

Once the deposit has been made, a copy must be sent of the bill or electronic deposit slip to camsantiago@ccs.cl or to fax 56-2-6333395, mentioning in particular the natural or juristic person who made the payment.

The initial administrative fee is non-reimbursable, but it will be credited towards the final administrative fee payable according to the international arbitration fees of CAM Santiago.
